Responsabilidades:
- Trabalhar no time de suporte da Dell, prestando auxílio a clientes via telefone da nossa linha Client (voltada para desktops e notebooks);
- Proporcionar aos clientes o suporte técnico de nível avançado da Dell, sugerir
recomendações e solucionar problemas complexos de hardware e software;
- Ser responsável por todo o atendimento do cliente até o problema ser resolvido.

Qualifications
Pré-requisitos:
- Ter experiência na área de suporte técnico;
- Ter conhecimento de nível intermediário de inglês, principalmente leitura técnica;
- Nível superior em informática ou áreas afins, para se formar em até 2 anos recém formado.
Desejável:
- Certificações de mercado como MCP, MCTS, MCITP, MCSA, A+, Network+ e/ou LPI.

Bus Sys Analysis Advisor - Consultor de Sistemas de Negócios I
Dell IT LATAM Finance organization is seeking a Product Owner / Business System Analyst with very good experience on Financial processes and systems to join an energetic, fast paced environment. You will work as a the product owner for a Scrum team with the main responsibility to define and prioritize project backlog. You will document software according to Dell's systems standards, policies and procedures, as well as interact with business users and IT teams to define current and future application requirements.
Acting in the role of Product Owner, this person will be responsible for the following:
• Define and prioritize team backlog with the business teams
• Drive teams to deliver a complete set of business / financial requirements, process flows, system flows, etc. for assigned projects.
• Gather and document as-is and to-be business and financial requirements.
• Based on existing knowledge of processes, ensure that designed solutions align with customer expectations and, if not, ensure customer is aware of any identified gaps
• Work with teams to ensure business alignment to end-user training, end user testing, project communications, process change management, or compliance and data integrity checks
• Coordinate with other teams, systems, projects, to support successful system launch and stabilization after go-live
• Understand overall project status, key milestones, and ongoing task assignments
• Work with project team and the business partners to continuously analyze overall processes and identify changes to streamline activities and drive down costs
• Drive resolution of issues back into appropriate groups to ensure resolution
Qualifications
- Experience in development technologies and architectures
- Experience on creating software requirements specifications
- Experience with integration with package applications (e.g.: ERP, CRM, etc) and vendor relationship
- Experience with relevant project/program methodologies and software development lifecycle methodologies
- Strong Project Management skills
- Strong ability to negotiate and interpersonal relationship
- Strong problem and issue resolution skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to manage change and engage team members
- Fluent English
- Bachelor Degree
- IT Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience preferably with external customer facing.
Desired experiences:
- Scrum Product Owner certification
- .NET/Microsoft development experience
- PL/SQL development experience
- Microsoft Solution Framework desired
- Knowledge on Synchro vendor package solutions
- Demonstrated experience working with global teams.
- Relevant educational experience in Computer Science, Information Management or Business Management
