The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, test, and debug Web User interfaces components
  • Partner with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and requirements, translate those needs into formal, documented functional/technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Team members and Product Owners to create technical design specifications.
  • Plan and conduct Unit Test, Development Integration Test and support System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests.
  • Lead discussions on User Interface topics, giving technical advice, inspecting code quality, assuring process adherence, distributing tasks and coaching less tenured UI developers.
  • Collaborate on planning, conducting and monitoring production launches, coordinating geographically distributed teams in conference calls when required.
  • Act as the liaison between business/user group representatives and other team member during development and support efforts when it comes to UI aspects.
  • Provide Level 3 (application development) support for escalated production

Essential Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Computer Sciences, System Analysis or similar technical degree.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced English is required (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Very Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead development teams
Required Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience in User Interface Architecture
  • Solid knowledge and experience with libraries and frameworks (such as AngularJS and jQuery)
  • Experience in development and interpreting graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX.
  • Understand the key server-side web development concepts
  • Creating visually appealing web pages or interfaces, with user experience concepts in mind
  • Create, edit or modify templates and web components
  • Experience on testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.
  • Knowledge of design patterns
  • Experience with In-Browser Developer Tools
  • Experience with Creating and controlling windows and dialogs.

Desirable Requirements
  • SQL (for queries and data modeling)
  • Mobile Web Application Development.
  • Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), or other code repository systems.
  • Experience developing using Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge in .NET or Java, including MVC, Web Services, jQuery, XML
  • Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development).
  • Experience Unit Test Development
  • Experience working with BDD (Behavior Driven Development).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
