Qualifications
- Graduate degree and combination of education and work experience;
- Advanced/Fluent English (reading, writing and oral proficiency);
- Deep understanding of application configuration, maintenance and support;
- Deep knowledge of client/server networks;
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and identify the need to escalate issues to a higher level;
- Good interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate business issues to the appropriate level.
