Dell is seeking a Web Sr. Analyst to help on pushing the limits of Dell’s online platform. As part of the Commerce Services team, the Special Projects team will work in conjunction with the business (online and offline teams) to maximize their online presence.Additionally, the Special Projects Sr. Analyst will represent regions, segments, and functional teams to provide consultant work and/or actual delivery of capabilities.

Qualifications

Requeriments:

·Advanced knowledge of functional areas:

·Responsive Design, Web Development, Online Content Deployment, CMS (SharePoint or other), Brand, Dell Products, etc.;

·Extremely strong English language skills; Spanish, or any other language proficiency is a plus;

·Excellent communication andcollaboration skills to work with business stakeholders;

·Project lifecycle awareness;

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Advertising, Marketing or Digital Communication;

·Good working knowledge and ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job and strong analytical skills (quantitative and abstract problem-solving).

Roles and Responsibilities:

·Designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting Java EE programs and Oracle SOA Suite solutions

·Collaborating with business analysts and systems analysts to prepare technical specification documentation

·Examining document requirements, technical design documentations, unit test, system test, user acceptance test, and implementation plans for small to complex projects

·Developing estimates on related project work

Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proven experience leading distributed development teams in large enterprise IT projects

Fluency in English is required (reading, writing and speaking proficiency)

Salesforce.com Development: SOQL, APEX and Visualforce Pages

Web UI Development.: HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and AJAX

Experience designing and developing SOA components and integrations

Databases: Oracle, SQL Server; data modeling; query; SQL tuning.

Database Admin Advisor - Consultor de administração de Banco de Dados

Role & Responsibilities:

·Provides support for high availability and disaster recovery of for critical database systems;

·Implements standards relative to all aspects of database management;

·Provides solutions mapped to business/user and application development needs;

·Develops technical and organizational specifications for systems;

·Supports production database activities;

·Ensure Database backup and successful recovery;

·Resolution of Day to Day Issues as per SLA;

·Disaster Recovery Planning and execution. Understanding the data loss risk and DB downtime is must;

·Perform RCA Independently on complex Issues;

·Work with other infrastructure team like SE, Storage etc and domain knowledge is highly preferable;

·Will be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in relation to CPU, I/O, Memory, and DB Architecture;

·Work closely with development team for DB requirements, performance, and integration issues and provide better solutions or approach.

·Experience in project support involving SQL Server databases, SQL 2012 / SQL 2014;

·Day-to-Day Production DB support and maintenance of MS SQL server 2005 ,2008/R2, SQL 2012,SQL 2014;

·Hands on experience on Database Mirroring in SQL Server 2005/2008/R2, Always-on in SQL 2012/2014;

·Experienced with Replication on SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008/R2.
