Senior QA Engineer/Team Lead
Required:
Analyses and leverages outcome of the analysis to drive necessary course correction if
required;
Coaches junior members of the team from a technical & domain perspective;
Degree in Computer Science from an accredited college/university or equivalent;
Demonstrated ability to execute QA and testing initiatives;
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes;
Experience with Quality Assurance: Functional and Automated tests; metrics; test
environment configurations;
Experience as a team leader. Communication with customers. Mentoring of other team
members;
Direct experience with automated test strategies and continuous integration, DevOps
preferred;
Implements metrics for product & project quality measurement;
Practical understanding of the Brokerage business domain;
QTP, Sahi, Jasmin, UFT, Jmeter, GITStash and/or ClearCase experience are plusses;
Strong technical skills including relational databases with knowledge of SQL, web
infrastructure and applications in distributed environments;
Software development and test experience with: C, Java, JSP, Linux, Oracle, SQL;
Writes test standards, procedures and functional specifications for test approaches;
5+ years of Software Quality Assurance and/or Development experience;
Fluent English Desired.
